A name, location, or other text entered into a search box is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Clay County Busted Mugshots does not store or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages and requests
If you send an email or contact message, the information in that message is kept long enough to read it and reply. It is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law or needed to address a valid legal request.

Visitors Under 18
The service is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If a minor has sent information, a parent or guardian may use the Get in Touch page to request its deletion.
Your Privacy Choices
Subject to applicable law and reasonable verification, a visitor may ask to:
- Receive a copy of personal information held by the site.
- Correct inaccurate information.

Send a clear request through Get in Touch and identify the information involved. A request sent to a sheriff, police agency, court, or outside publisher must be directed to that custodian instead.
